Modern Antivirals

Payload

Genetic medicine technologies have advanced considerably over the last several years, offering high specificity by using DNA, mRNA and other genetic modalities.

Payload designed against universal genetic viral elements is effective at targeting future pathogen variants.

Delivery

Modern delivery methods include lipid nanoparticles, viral vectors or polymeric particles. These provide efficient delivery of the payload to the cells that need them.

Administration

The route of administration dictates how your immune system responds to a therapy.

Intranasal or inhalable medicines generate local defense against respiratory pathogens.

Our Technology.

Panoplia’s proprietary platform is based on a genetically encoded protein molecule that targets intracellular viral pathogens, leveraging the discovery of proteins that bind viral dsRNA and respond by inducing apoptosis. These virus targeting chimeras (VIRTAC) offer long lasting protection. Our platform combines the benefits of a stable formulation with the engineering versatility of a protein-based system that has the potential to tackle various respiratory pathogens in one shot.

Panoplia’s technology also includes novel delivery polymers specifically designed for respiratory tract delivery.
